| Fil-Canadian residents who are 13 years or older. Although if you are below 18, your parent or guardian needs to accomplish and sign the consent form. |

| Do I need to purchase anything to join? |
| No purchase necessary, and we even foot the bill for your transportation. |

| How can I receive points? |
WEEKLY ELIMINATION and MONTHLY FINALS
- On-line voting - one vote = 1 point
- SMS Voting - one text = 10 points

| What will be the composition of my scores? |
Weekly Elimination - your score will comprise the total points earned from your online and SMS votes.
Monthly finals - 50% of your score will be from the judges' decision and 50% will be the total points earned from your online and SMS votes |

| When is the valid voting period? |
For both Online and SMS voting, the schedule below will be followed :
CANADA TIME:
- Start : Every 12 noon of Saturdays
- End : Every 12 midnight of Tuesdays
MANILA TIME:
- Start : Every 12 AM of Sundays
- End : Every 12 PM of Wednesdays

| What is the point system being used? |
| The point system used in displaying the total points of each contestant in the web is now in percentage format. Instead of the number of points garnered, you will see what percentage of the total number of points each contestant has received. |

| How do I find out how many points I've earned? |
| You can check out your point status on your profile page. The user info pane displays your web and mobile ratings represented by bars on the left and right sides of the window. Each bar corresponds to 200 points. |

| How can I vote? |
On-Line Voting
1. Register at Ruruworld and become a member.
2. To view the videos of the contestants for the week, just click on their picture.
3. To vote, just click on the "VOTE NOW" that is seen below the contestant's picture found in the HOMEpage of Mobistar or you may also use the "VOTE NOW" icon inside the contestant's page below the User Info section . The "VOTE NOW" phrase would only appear if the online voting has been open and if you haven't voted yet.
4. One user can only vote once a day.
SMS VOTING (Open to Globe and TM Subscribers in the Philippines only) :
1. Become a Ruruworld member. If not a member, you can register through SMS by texting the following to 7878:
RURU REG < Name/Birthday/Sex >
(Ex. RURU REG Juan Santos/012978/M)
2. Once a member, text the following to 7878
