MOBISTAR CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES

| MOBISTAR Contest begins October 6, 2007. |
|
| 1. ELIGIBILITY |
| Contest is open only to Fil-Canadian residents of Canada who, at the time of registration, are 13 years of age or older. If applicant is below 18, they need to fill out the consent form and submit it along with their parent's or legal guardian's signature in order to participate. Professional singers are not allowed to join the contest. You can download the consent form here. Send the signed consent form to mobistar@ruruworld.com. |

| 2. HOW TO JOIN |
a. Become a member of Ruruworld by logging on to http://www.ruruworld.com.
b. Grab your 3G phone and capture your STAR Profile, STAR Ability and STAR Fil-Proof in 3gp, mp4, mov, wmv, mpeg, mpg or avi format (Maximum allowable time of 30 seconds per video).
c. Fill out the Mobistar Application Form. Read and agree to the Mobistar Contest Official Rules and the Terms and Conditions of the website.
d. Upload your picture and three (3) videos via the Mobistar web page.
e. An email confirmation will be sent to you validating your entry.

| 3. RULES ARE BINDING |
| Participation in the Contest constitutes Contestant's understanding of and full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of the Official Rules and the Terms and Conditions of the Website. The Mobistar Committee reserves the right to disqualify any Contestant that the Mobistar Committee determines to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules or the Terms and Conditions. The Mobistar Committee's decision not to enforce a specific provision of these Official Rules or the Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the Official Rules or Terms and Conditions generally. |

| 4. ODDS |
| Odds of winning the Contest will depend on the number of votes, web and mobile and as determined in accordance with the judging criteria set forth in Paragraph 5 below. |

| 5. CONTEST PROPER |

The Mobistar committee will determine the weekly contestants whose videos will be aired on the Filipino Eh show, Channel 20, 8-9am every Saturday. Schedules will be posted on the SCHED section of the Mobistar Webpage. You can also watch Mobistar on Channel 10, every other Saturdays at 1pm and every other Thursdays at 6 am and 6pm.
One (1) winner at the end of the month will be determined based on 50% web and mobile votes and the other 50% on the judges' decision. Ten (10) monthly winners will vie for the Grand Finals which will commence live in Toronto, Canada by 2008

| 6. PRIZES |
Mobistar Contest:
- Grand Prize - Recording contract, Two (2) round-trip tickets to Manila, Personality development training + Souvenir items
|

| 7. DECISIONS ARE FINAL |
| All decisions of the Mobistar Committee are final and binding. The Mobistar Committee shall not be responsible or liable for its failure to contact potential winners. A potential winner, who fails to notify the Mobistar Committee with any complaint or problem within three (3) days after the draw or contest, forfeits their right to do so. |
